The Jesus of History

Think of the most productive three years of your life. A lot of accomplishments? World-wide fame? What about the entirety of all of our lives so far? Is there anything that would put us in history’s record books? For most of us, “No.” And that’s ok.
Now, think of the three years that Jesus spent in his ministry. He was in an out-of-the-way region of the world, yet in those three short years he made an impact that altered all of history. That can be said of no one else.
On Sunday, Dale concluded our thoughts on ReMastered: the Message of the Gospel in High Definition. The focus of his message was the impact Jesus has made on all of our lives, whether we follow Jesus, believe in Jesus or reject his claims. If you look rationally at history, there is no one who has influenced history like him. And he impacts the story of our lives as well.
